Picot Beverage Holder – Free Pattern

Hi my loves! Glad to see you here in another month, another week. We have two new beginnings and are ready to make the best happen. We are very happy to be able to count on you, to have you here with us. Whenever we find and test a new pattern, we’re excited to share it with you. Each pattern has a use for each one and we hope you always make the most of all the tips we bring here. Today’s pattern is the Picot Beverage Holder.

Look what an incredible model, with different details and textures that make all the difference. Crochet shows us to be an increasingly versatile technique, with pieces for every moment. And that’s what we try to show you, bringing pieces that fit in different occasions. The picot beverage holder can be adapted for different types of cans, coffee cups and the designer teaches how to do it in the pattern.

It’s easy, fast and still uses little material. You can make it for everyday use, so whenever you need it, you can put your drink on a piece of furniture without worrying about possible stains. It’s also a great way to make good use of yarn left over from other projects. This pattern will be worked on the ‘wrong side’, meaning the side that is facing you while you are working will be on the inside when we are done. After you tie off your yarn and weave in the ends, flip the holder inside out so that the side with the picot stitches (the bumps) are facing out.
