Sunbonnet Sue Quilt Block Pattern

Hello my loves, time to sew! How nice to meet you here, I am very happy and grateful to know that you are with us. Whenever you want to learn something different, know that you will find it here. We always seek to intersperse techniques so that everyone finds what they are looking for.

So, how about setting up Sunbonnet Sue? This quilt block is very cute and may be just what you need to finish a quilt, assemble a pillow and complement the decoration of the little ones’ room. That’s how it works with blocks. I don’t always know where they’re going to fit, but for practice, the blocks are awesome.

The sunbonnet sue block is not a very large piece. Following the measurements and the diagram, in the end you will have a block of 13 1⁄2×12″. In other words, little fabric.

If you, like me, tend to keep all the scraps left over from other projects, you already have the fabric. Measurements are available in the pattern on All People Quilt. No need to follow fabric colors. You can add patterns and combine from there.

Depending on what your idea is, how about adding some details to the block? You can sew on some pearls and make it even more charming. With blocks, the ideas are endless. You can repeat this several times and make a quilt. Make just one block and put together a pillow that changes everything in the decor.

The important thing is to always maintain the quality of the materials and follow the instructions. Therefore, it is a matter of reading the complete pattern the first time. Then choose the fabrics and start making the cutouts. There in the pattern has the size and templates you will need. Read the image captions to learn how to print and make sure the size is correct. So, excited to get started? Let’s go!
